Health & Safety Protocols

We are committed to the health and safety of our employees and guests. Due to the heightened risk of infectious diseases, we are dedicated in maintaining a highly clean and sanitized facility and in working with our local health officials to ensure a great experience for everyone. Here, you will find information to prepare you for your visit to our facility.

FOLLOWING THE CURRENT CDC GUIDANCE AND REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH BY THE STATE OF UTAH, MASKS AND VACCINES ARE NOT REQUIRED AT THIS TIME FOR ANY OF OUR GUESTS OR EMPLOYEES THROUGHOUT OUR FACILITY OR DURING ANY OF OUR EVENTS, REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS.

Masks

Currently masks are NOT required for any of our guests or employees throughout our facility or during any of our events, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are encouraged for employees or guests that feel more comfortable wearing them when in public events, but are not required.

Sanitation

Guests at our facility will find easy access to handwashing stations and hand sanitizer throughout the facility. Although our cleaning protocols have always been important, we have increased the amount of routine cleaning with a focus on high-touch surfaces and common areas using cleaning products that meet EPA guidelines.

Air Quality

We provide as much outside air circulation as we can throughout our venue with air filters that meet or exceed published standards.

Vaccination

We encourage you to consult with your primary care physician when making decisions regarding vaccines. There are NO vaccine requirements to enter our facility or to participate in any of our events. Please discuss with your doctor on ways you can improve your own protection against infectious diseases.

TRANSACTIONS

To limit touchpoints for transactions, when we have our concessions stand setup, it will be fully cashless for food, beverage and merchandise purchases. Credit card transactions only. Cash will not be accepted.

Training

Employee protocols have been put in place including training programs on health and safety protocols. Medical and security personnel are on-call to be able to assist should a guest need assistance while visiting our facility.

Prohibited Items

For guests visiting our facility (inside or outside, including the parking lot), please note the following restrictions apply:

  • NO Alcohol

  • NO Smoking nor Vaping indoors and not within 100-feet of any outdoor entrance

  • NO Weapons

  • NO Patrons Without Shoes or Shirt

  • NO Non-PPE Masks allowed

  • NO Unruly Patrons (will be asked to leave if warnings are not adheared to)

  • NO Food Warmers are allowed to be plugged in at the facility

  • NO Coolers (inside court areas only)

  • NO Glass Containers

  • NO Illegal Drugs or Substances or Underage Vaping

  • NO Flammable Liquids, Aerosol Cans, or Permanent Markers

  • NO Laser Pointers, Balloons, Projectiles, Flares, or Fireworks

  • NO Noise Making Devices (i.e. Air Horns, cow bells, etc.)

  • NO Clothing, garments, or signs displaying explicit language, profanity, or derogatory characterization toward any person(s)

  • NO Skateboards, Segways, Scooters, Rollerblades, or Hover boards

  • NO Drones (without prior written consent from Facility Management)

  • NO Animals or Pets (accommodations made for trained, harnessed, and housebroken service animals)

  • NO Unapproved Pamphlets, Handouts, Ads, or Flyers without prior consent from Facility Management

  • NO Signs, Flags, or Banners exceeding 18” x 24” or attached to a pole/stick. Signs must be relevant to event. Signs may not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by Facility Management. Management reserves the right to prohibit or remove a sign or banner at any time.

Braille Signage

Braille signage is available for all required signage throughout our facility.

Concession Stands

COMING SOON! And when it does, our concession stand will be accessible to guests with disabilities. If assistance is required, please contact the nearest staff member.

Emergencies

Our facility staff have been trained in proper emergency preparedness. Guests with disabilities needing special assistance in the event of an emergency should contact Guest Services in advance of or while at the event. In case of an emergency, all guests should follow the direction of uniformed Guest Services staff.

Guest Services

Guest Services is located at the front entrance of our facility.

Guest Services is intended to assist our guests in regards to event information, questions, concerns, or issues during any of our events. In addition, Guest Services is there to assist guests with disabilities regarding any inquiries or accessibility information for each event. We encourage guests with disabilities needing accommodations or special assistance to contact Guest Services in advance of the event, if possible, so that we can provide the required accommodations or assistance in time of the event.

Parking/Drop-off

Our parking lot provides four (4) Accessible parking spaces on the east side of the facility and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. ADA drop-off and pick-up is located at the east main entrance.

Restrooms

All public restrooms on the main floor are accessible to our patrons with disabilities.

Service Animals

While animals and pets are not allowed to enter the facility, service animals for guests with disabilities are welcome in all public areas of the facility. Service animals must be maintained on a leash at all times unless performing a necessary task for their disabled handlers. Guests with disabilities are responsible for cleaning up after their service animals and for any damage caused by the service animals. Please contact Guest Services if you have any questions.

Wheelchair Seating

Accessible/disabled seating is available in multiple locations througout the facility’s main floor. Facility staff are unable to physically assist or lift guests to transfer between their wheelchairs and other facility seating.

Facility concessions

During larger events, such as tournaments, our facility offers a variety of concessions so that you don’t have to worry about losing a good parking space or missing any part of the event. Don’t worry, we got something for everyone.
